Sake Bar
This place caters to sake snobs. Not being a sake snob, I can’t really comment on the quality of the sake – but I do know that it was more expensive than normal sake and they wouldn’t serve it hot. If you are into that sort of thing, they have a wide selection and the one I sampled was quite tasty (to my novice sake palate, of course).
Cabbage:
Fancy with toasted sesame oil drizzled on top before a sprinkling of sesame seeds. Tasty.
Dishes:
The dishes were not terrible, but they also weren’t anything to write home about — just normal.
Atmosphere:
It was a decent sized place that was nearly full. Of the 50 or so people in the room, I only counted 4 women. I think the main draw of this location is the sake.
Overall:
Come for the sake, but stay for the…well just the sake, really — unless you want to go out of your way for cabbage with sesame seed oil.
